League Entry for season 2008-09
Entry forms have been sent out to Club Secretaries and need to be returned by May 31st. Any new Club wishing to join the League should apply to the General Secreatary,via the contacts page, for entry form. A.G.M. is Thursday June 26th at Rover Social Club, Romanway.

League Presentation Nights
Presentation Nights at Rover Social Club, Roman Way: Thursday June 19th. U12, 13, 14, 15's Friday June 20th. U9, 10, 11's and Referees

Important for Under 9 Teams Next Season
There will be a mandatory F.A.rule change next season: “To play in a KO Cup game or a game where points are awarded, or results collected, a player must have achieved the age of eight on or before 31st August.” This means if a child wants to join and play in an U9's team that child must be 8 years old on the 31st August 2008. This applies for the whole season. So if a child is 8 years old on the 1st September 2008 they are a day too late and must play as an U8 for the whole of season 2008/09. It's no use complaining to the League as this is mandatory change from the F.A. and we have no choice but to implement it.

Under 16's Next Season
Clubs with current U15 teams will have been sent entry form for the OFA Invitation League. New Clubs or those wanting more information should contact the General Secretary, 01865 460749 or e mail via the web site.
